1. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Perishable food items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at tuoygj60031j@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of food products, all opened or partially consumed items are not eligible for return or refund. Sale items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Return Process To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact our support team at tuoygj60031j@outlook.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
5. Refund Processing Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
